Geoff started in the film projection business in 1942 until he retired 11 years ago to the Isle of Wight with Mabel whom he met when she was an usherette.
All three of their sons, Peter the eldest and the identical twins Roger and Derek, followed their father into the projection box.
Between them, they've spent 142 years projecting films: longer than the history of cinema.
