Mabel Swift MBE, is 83 and a widow from Bridlington, East Yorkshire.
She's completed parachute jumps, flown a plane and abseiled the towers of the Humber Bridge for charity. Currently she's a theme park ride test pilot and enjoys being catapulted around the tracks of new ride, Absolutely Insane at over 100 miles per hour!
Brought up on a farm clambering up corn stacks, Mabel's next charity jump, for the Red Cross is on May 8th or 9th.
