Red Nose Day 2007

Stand Up for the Big One logo

David Palethorpe

Is this the act that'll make your sides split? Will you need to re-stock your tissue supply after all the tears of laughter it induces? Click on the video and find out. And when you're done, be sure to cast your vote using the buttons on the right.

David says: "I was born in Scarborough in 1967 and am thus 39 years old. I decided at age 9 that I wanted to be an actor so spent the next 10 years doing any amdram' production that would have me. I then went to a London drama school for 3 years and it was around this time that I first tried stand-up. Life got funky, I got married, had kids, and got divorced. I'm back in Scarborough now, where I run stand up clubs for charity."
