In Wandle Park, West Croydon, the Wright family frolicked on a bed of snow. As the capital woke up to a picturesque scene this morning. Children across the borough made the most of the unexpected day off school. In Wandle Park, West Croydon it was a day for snow men and snow angels.  The Wright family took the entire family including their pet dog out to make the most of the heavy snow. "I tried calling the school this morning and checking online to find out what was happening, but couldn't find anything and, it's not often you get snow so we came out to enjoy the day", said mum.
