The first half of question time allowed members the opportunity to ask the Minister for Economic Development, Senator Philip Ozouf, questions without notice.

Senator Ozouf was asked 12 questions on a variety of issues including the selling of alcohol to minors, proposed rises in postal costs and the effect the fulfilment industry has on postage prices. He was also asked about the Festival of Motoring and the Battle of Flowers.

CHIEF MINISTER

Senator Frank Walker

The second half of question time allowed States members the opportunity to ask the Chief Minister, Senator Frank Walker, questions without notice.

Senator Walker was asked 11 questions on a number of issues including mobile phone masts, a population register, ethical investments and realigning the time zone. He was also questioned about Jersey's communication with the British Government and the provision of sheltered accommodation for the elderly.
