Canterbury Cathedral, the tomb of the Black Prince
Tomb of the Black Prince, Edward, Prince of Wales. He was the eldest son of Edward III, and hero of the battles of Crécy and Poitiers. He is considered one of the most able generals of the medieval period, but died in 1376, before he could become king.
