Registration and first time login

First log onto MyPay.
Then select the ‘Account’ icon in the top right-hand corner and select ‘Register for mobile app’.
You’ll receive an email to your BBC email address, or for freelancers; the email address associated with your profile, confirming a registration code.
On your device, download the MyView the app.
Once it’s downloaded, open the app and select ‘Get started’.
Expand the ‘Got a registration code?’ tab and input the code that has been emailed to you.
You will then be taken to the login page where you will input your usual login details.

For most colleagues and Freelancers, your username is your Personal Number (this is six digits long and may have a letter at the end; you can find it on letters from BBC HR).
Resetting your password is easy; select the forgotten password option on the MyPay login page, input your Personal Number and date of birth, and you’ll receive an email to the email address associated with your IT profile explaining how to reset.
A password will then be emailed to your BBC account. If you don't receive a password reset email within 20 minutes, contact payroll.
