Balthazar Getty winds up touring the seamy underbelly of city life with Peter Weller not realising the dangerous world he's being sucked into. Flashy and not without the odd good moment it's an interesting B-movie diversion, presented well on DVD.
Picture quality is good with good levels of detail and clarity present during the many night-time scenes in the movie.
There's a busy music score to go with the action, including fast dance tracks from Todd Terry, Curve, Moby, Fluke, and many more. The 5.1 sound mix does a good job of separating the tunes between the available speakers, although the sub-woofer doesn't get enough to do in offering bass support.
