Sometimes they forget we need to rehearse everything we do with Rygel and they adlib a slap on the back or a poke or whatever and our response isn't as focused or as quick as we would want. I take it as a compliment they forget he has five people behind him!

I did have to do a scene where Ben has Rygel pinned to the floor and the only way to achieve the shot was if I lay behind Ben with my arm between his legs and my cheeks pressed against his... cheeks. He swore he could keep it all clenched and sealed...

Do the cast and the crew ever look at Farscape messageboards to see what their die-hard fans are up to?

I know Anthony regularly Googles for Farscape sites. One thing you may have gleaned from interviews is; we were all, every single person working on that show, just so excited to be involved in a major new sci fi series.

It was one of the main reasons I did it. I loved, as most of us did, Star Trek and Star Wars and Doctor Who and all that. To be involved with it, to be on set with aliens and spaceships... I get all wee wee (sic) thinking about it still.
