 | | Simon D. Jones, the sport & community development officer at NB Leisure Trust, has pledged to do something about the state of the BMX track in Jubilee Park.

|
The leisure trust has applied for funding from the Living Spaces funding group.
Mr Jones said: "Early signs are positive regarding chances of funding.
"We are aiming to get things started by the start of this summer, but I must advise that this funding is not yet guarenteed, so I don't want to raise your hopes, but it's good news so far."
| | | The views of all local park users are needed, so get involved
|
Mr Jones also wants the Nuneaton & Bedworth Skate Parks Management Committee to be more invloved in the improvements and future of the site as well.
He said: "We are hoping to look at the role the committee could play in the running of the BMX Park, i.e. Code of Conduct, writing up a constitution, etc."
If you are interested in becoming an active part of this project then please contact Mr Simon D. Jones at simon.jones@nbleisuretrust.co.uk.
