Take

The
City is also great for shopping. From the Queensgate Centre to the
City Market, you should be able to find what you're looking for.
For culture lovers there are a number of museums, exhibitions and
historical attractions including the beautiful cathedral.
If you fancy something a bit different, Peterborough offers no end
of choice: the preserved Nene Valley Steam Railway, the prehistoric
Flag Fen site, a cruise along the Nene river, the watersports centre
at Nene Park and of course, don't forget to go and see Peterborough's
football team play - the Posh.

Bridge
Street - Peterborough is a shopper's paradise. What
with the Queensgate Centre, the Market and the Rivergate Shopping

Nene - A great place to feed the ducks or take a ferry
ride. The nearby gardens are beautifully maintained and you
can relax or take a leisurely stroll along the embankment. |

gardens in the city, in particular the formal gardens at Central
Park and Bishop's Gardens. |

Cathedral - positioned right in the centre of the city
has a magnificent West Front with arches and sculpted figures.
Building began in 1118 and took more than 120 years to finish. |
