Ice Experience - Cambridge Leisure Park, from Friday 21st March until Wednesday 17th AprilOpen daily from 11am to 11pm at £5 per sessionGet yourself down to the Leisure Park in Cambridge this spring for your chance to show off your ice dancing skills, whatever the weather! A mobile real ice rink will be one of the added attractions at the park, but it's only there for a month, so you'd better get your skates on, pronto, if you want to have a go. ![]() Linda and Dan open the Cambridge rink The rink was launched, and the ribbons cut by Linda Lusardi of Dancing on Ice fame together with her dancing partner Dan Whiston. They took a few turns around the ice and showed off some of those slick moves that would have most of us flat on our backs calling for the paramedics! And Linda also had a chat with BBC Radio Cambridgeshire presenter Andie Harper, who's got a few slick moves of his own... but that's nothing to do with ice skating! You can listen to Linda waxing lyrical about the joys of ice dancing, and her experiences on the show by clicking on the link below: Help playing audio/video ![]() The Cambridge ice rink opens for the general public at 11am on Friday 21st March. There's a state of the art light and music system, skate hire and it's an all-weather rink so rain certainly won't stop you playing! If you want to pre-book a skating session you can call 07850 654433 or just visit the ticket office and pre-book your session in person. last updated: 20/03/2008 at 10:39 You are in: Cambridgeshire > Entertainment > Outdoor and Attractions > Out and about > Ice 'n' easy does it...
