Not sure what to do next? Liz tells us how Nextstep can help you sort out your options. Any Adult aged 20 or over can contact their local Nextstep service for free information and advice on jobs, training courses and learning. Nextstep consists of a number of organisations across Peterborough who work in partnership providing accessible, high quality information, advice and guidance to adults. This can be over the telephone, an informal chat, a one-to-one appointment or in a small group session at a mutually convenient time and location. We can help you with your CV, give you valuable interview techniques and help you fill in application forms - and then we can congratulate you on getting your new job! For those of you who are not in work and for various reasons are finding it difficult to return we can offer you skills coaching. A skills coach is an adviser who will help you work out how to use the skills you already have, and how you can develop new ones, to work towards getting the right job for you. Our advisers offer support and encouragement, keeping track of your progress and helping you to stay motivated if things get tough.
