Bill Oddie
Bill Oddie gets Springwatch going

Oddly like Bill?

Bill Oddie is currently doing his part for Springwatch, getting you to spot the good things about spring around you. To celebrate this we want your photos, read below to find out what kind of photos we're after!

Bill Oddie, Kate Humble and Simon King are braced in their spring-watching positions, looking at how people around the country are helping wildlife this spring.

To celebrate, we want your Bill Oddie look-a-like snaps, so we can make our very own Oddly Like Bill gallery of photos. We'll look through them all and our Saturday morning host Jane Smith will select who she thinks is the best Bill Oddie look-a-like.

Of course, it doesn't have to be a person, perhaps your family pet has a slight resemblance to the nation's favourite bird lover, or maybe you've come across a garden shrub that looks like it adorns a pair of spectacles and a bristly beard.

Failing that, we also want your spring watch photos. That is, photos of you watching spring. So grab a camera - it doesn't matter if it's your phone camera or a super-flash digital thing - and get snapping pictures of anything that you think looks springy.

To get your photo on the site, and to enter the competition, all you have to do is email your photos to the address below and we'll put them up here on the website:

Just send you Bill Oddie and spring photos to us here e-mail: cambridgeshire@bbc.co.uk

Remember though, always make sure that when you take photos it is safe for you to do so. Other than that, just spring into action, learn a bit about wildlife and have some fun.
